About Regency Residence
In 2010, the Group completed the Regency Residence, also in the Embassy District, with 15 floors consisting of 104 luxury apartments and three floors of mixed-use retail and commercial space that contains two restaurants, a supermarket, a gym, the Group's main offices, other office space, a dry-cleaner and underground parking facilities. The Directors believe that Regency Residence was the first full-service residential condominium in Mongolia featuring an attended lobby and concierge service. The Group was able to sell the units at what the Directors believe was, up to that time, the highest average price per sqm in the Mongolian residential real estate market.
