Responsibilities:
- Enhance executive's effectiveness by providing information management support, representing the executive to others
- Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
- Provide full range of secretarial and business support to the CEO
- Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents
- Manage CEO’s calendar and arrange for meetings & appointments, coordinate all necessary business & personal travel logistics
- Handle and manage various confidential correspondences and maintain filing system and storage of confidential documents
- Prepare materials for board meetings and liaise with/support the board of directors
- Liaise with other overseas group companies for all the necessary arrangement
- Be able to assist and oversee various business level documentation including management reports and analysis
- Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
Requirements:
- MBA in Business Management, Economics, Finance or related field
- At least 2 years of experience providing support at the executive level
- Excellent command in spoken and written English
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in interfacing with overseas and mainland counterparts will be an advantage
- Systematic and well planned with deadlines and work well under multi-priorities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
